Lund University invites applications for the following position:

Senior lecturer in High-frequency Nanoelectronics

Location: Department of Electrical and Information Technology

Duties

Duties include teaching at undergraduate (basic and advanced) and graduate levels, supervision of doctoral students and diplomastudents as well as research within the area of high-frequency nanoelectronics. The duties also include taking an active part in the development of the education at undergraduate level and of the research within high-frequency nanoelectronics. Other duties are to actively seek support from external funding agencies.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for the position as senior lecturer the applicant shall have required a doctoral degree, or equivalent scientific competence of importance to and with respect to the scientific area and the tasks within the employment. The applicant shall have documented experience from semiconductor technology as well as RF-devices, and teaching skills are required. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is also a requirement.
